About the Expat Levy

The expat levy is a monthly fee imposed by Saudi Arabia on the employer for each foreign worker, aimed at supporting Saudization under Vision 2030. It is SAR 800 per month when expats outnumber Saudis in the establishment, dropping to SAR 700 when Saudis equal or exceed expats. This fee is completely different from the dependent fee for family members.
