📚 How to Use the QR Code Generator
1 Choose Your QR Code Type
Select the type of content you want to convert to a QR code from the buttons at the top. You can choose a website URL to share your website or specific page, plain text for writing a message or information, WiFi to securely share your wireless network credentials, digital business card (vCard) containing complete contact information, a pre-filled email, or a phone number for direct calling. Each type is designed for a specific use and provides an optimized user experience.
2 Enter Required Information
Fill in the required fields according to the type you selected. For URLs: Make sure to write a complete URL starting with https:// or http://. For text: Write any text you want, but remember very long texts make the QR code complex and hard to scan. For WiFi: Enter the exact network name (SSID), password, and choose the correct encryption type. For business cards: Fill all available information for a comprehensive card. The more accurate the information, the more useful the QR code.
3 Select QR Code Size
Select the appropriate code size for your use from the dropdown menu. The 200x200 pixel size is suitable for small digital use like email signatures or websites. 300x300 pixels (default) is excellent for most uses including printing on business cards and flyers. 400x400 and 500x500 pixels are ideal for large printing like banners, posters, and signage. For professional printing, we recommend downloading the SVG version as it is scalable without quality loss.
4 Click "Generate QR Code"
After verifying all entered information is correct, click the green "Generate QR Code" button. The code will be generated instantly on the right side of the screen. The generation process happens entirely in your browser without sending any data to the server, ensuring your privacy and information security. You can generate multiple QR codes and change settings and regenerate freely without any limitations.
5 Save and Use Your QR Code
After the QR code appears, use the download buttons to save it in the appropriate format. Choose PNG for regular digital use (websites, presentations, social media) as it provides excellent quality with small file size. Choose SVG for professional printing and large designs as it is a vector format scalable to any size without quality loss. After downloading, you can print the code, add it to your designs, share it on social media, or use it in your marketing campaigns. Always test the code after printing to ensure it works correctly.
