📖 What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
Steps:
- Choose the task you want to accomplish
- Set the timer for 25 minutes
- Work on the task until the timer rings
- Take a short break (5 minutes)
- After 4 sessions, take a longer break (15-30 minutes)
