About the Nitaqat Calculator
Nitaqat is the Saudi labor program that measures how well a business meets its Saudization targets, which is the share of Saudi nationals among its employees. This calculator helps you estimate your establishment standing by working out your Saudization percentage and indicating the band, or color, your firm would fall into. The familiar bands run from red and yellow at the lower end up to green and platinum for stronger performance.
Your color matters because it affects the services and flexibility an establishment can access, including aspects of work permits and hiring. Businesses generally aim to reach and hold a higher band, so being able to see where you stand before official figures are issued helps you plan recruitment and workforce changes in advance.
