Najiz is the unified electronic portal for Ministry of Justice services in Saudi Arabia. The platform offers over 120 electronic justice services including notarization, deeds, lawsuits, and execution.

Main Services:

• Contract and declaration notarization
• Deed and power of attorney issuance
• Filing and tracking lawsuits
• Execution and reservation services
• Sharia inventory and inheritance
• Marriage and divorce

1️⃣ Rental Contract Notarization

Electronically notarize residential and commercial rental contracts.

Requirements:

• Najiz account (via National Access)
• Property data (from deed)
• Tenant information
• Contract details (duration, value, terms)

Notarization Steps:

1. Log in to najiz.sa
2. Select "Notarization Services"
3. Click "Rental Contract Notarization"
4. Enter property data
5. Enter tenant and landlord data
6. Specify contract duration and rent value
7. Add terms and conditions
8. Review data
9. Pay notarization fees (based on contract value)
10. Receive notarized contract electronically

Fees:

• Range from 50 - 1000 SAR based on contract value
• Annual contracts under 100,000 SAR: 50 SAR

2️⃣ Declaration Notarization

Notarize personal declarations such as no-objection, waiver, etc.

Notarization Steps:

1. Select "Declaration Notarization" from Najiz
2. Specify declaration type
3. Write declaration text or choose ready template
4. Add declaration parties
5. Review and pay fees (50 SAR)
6. Receive notarized declaration

3️⃣ Power of Attorney Notarization

Issue legal power of attorney for specific matters.

Types of Power of Attorney:

• General POA: Authorization for all matters
• Special POA: Authorization for specific matter
• Real Estate POA: Buy or sell property
• Management POA: Manage properties or company

Issuance Steps:

1. Select "Issue Power of Attorney"
2. Specify POA type
3. Enter principal data (POA owner)
4. Enter agent data
5. Detail POA authorities
6. Specify duration (permanent or temporary)
7. Review and pay (200 SAR)
8. POA issued immediately

1️⃣ File Lawsuit

Lawsuit Types:

• Financial Claims: Money claims, debts
• Labor Disputes: Employment disputes
• Real Estate: Property or boundary disputes
• Commercial: Business and company disputes
• Personal Status: Divorce, alimony, custody

Filing Steps:

1. Log in to Najiz
2. Select "Lawsuits"
3. Click "File New Lawsuit"
4. Specify lawsuit type
5. Select competent court
6. Enter defendant data
7. Write case subject and requests
8. Attach supporting documents (photos, contracts, invoices)
9. Review data
10. Pay fees (based on type and value)
11. Receive case number and hearing date

Fees:

• Financial claims: Based on claim value (1% of value, minimum 100 SAR)
• Personal status: 100 SAR
• Labor disputes: Free for employee

What You Can Track:

• Case status (under review, ruled)
• Hearing dates
• Issued judgments
• Notes and documents
• Submitted appeals

Tracking Steps:

1. From main menu select "My Cases"
2. All your cases will appear
3. Click case to view details
4. You can:
   • View hearing details
   • Download judgments
   • Submit memorandums
   • Appeal judgment
