🏥 Seha Platform Services
1️⃣ Seha Platform Registration
Registration Steps:
- Visit seha.sa or download the app
- Click on "New Registration"
- Choose registration method:
- National Single Sign-On (fastest)
- National ID or Iqama number
- Enter required information:
- ID/Iqama number
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
- Enter verification code sent to mobile
- Create strong password
- Accept terms and conditions
- Registration complete, log in
✅ Feature: Registration via National Single Sign-On automatically links your account to all e-government services.
2️⃣ Book Medical Appointment
Types of Appointments:
- Primary Care Clinics: For initial checkups and general illnesses
- Specialty Clinics: (Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, etc.)
- Radiology & Labs: For tests and examinations
- Dentistry: Government dental clinics
Booking Steps:
- Log in to your Seha account
- Select "Book Appointment"
- Choose service type (primary care, specialty, etc.)
- Select region and city
- Choose health center or hospital
- Select required specialty
- Choose suitable date and time from available slots
- Review details
- Confirm booking
- You'll receive confirmation and reminder before appointment
Appointment Management:
- View Appointments: All current and past appointments
- Modify Appointment: Can change date or time
- Cancel Appointment: Must cancel 24 hours in advance
- Reminders: Reminder messages 24 hours before
⚠️ Important: No-show without cancellation may suspend advance booking for a specific period.
3️⃣ Electronic Health Record
Your comprehensive health record containing all your medical data in one place.
Record Contents:
- Medical History: All past diseases and conditions
- Medications: All current and previous medications
- Vaccinations: Complete vaccination record
- Allergies: Any drug or food allergies
- Medical Reports: Test and radiology results
- Surgeries: Surgery history
- Chronic Diseases: Chronic condition monitoring
How to Access Record:
- Log in to Seha
- Select "Health Record"
- All your medical data will appear
- You can browse:
- Previous visits
- Lab results
- Radiology images
- Medical reports
- Download and print any report
💡 Note: Health record is connected to all government hospitals and automatically updated after each visit.
4️⃣ Electronic Prescription
How It Works:
- After doctor visit, electronic prescription is issued
- Prescription appears immediately in Seha app
- Contains:
- Medication names
- Dosages and instructions
- Treatment duration
- QR code for verification
- Dispense medications from:
- Hospital pharmacy
- NUPCO pharmacies
- Certified private pharmacies
E-Prescription Benefits:
- No need for paper prescription
- Cannot be lost
- Available anytime on your phone
- Secure and encrypted
- Easy dispensing from any pharmacy

5️⃣ Telemedicine Consultations
Available Services:
- Remote doctor consultation (audio/video)
- Text consultation (chat)

Consultation Steps:
- Open Seha app
- Select "Remote Medical Consultation"
- Choose consultation type (audio/video/text)
- Describe condition and symptoms
- Wait for doctor (usually less than 15 minutes)
- Talk to doctor directly
- Get diagnosis and treatment
- E-prescription issued if needed
