About Ministry of Education
The Saudi Ministry of Education is responsible for general and university education in the Kingdom. The Ministry offers many electronic services for students, parents, and teachers through various platforms.
Main Platforms:
- Noor System: Comprehensive education management system
- Madrasati Platform: Distance learning platform
- School Transport: Student transport services
- Fares: HR system for teachers
- Rawdati: Kindergarten services
💡 Important Note: All e-services are free and operate 24/7.
📚 Noor System
1️⃣ Noor System Registration (Parent)
Steps to Create New Account:
- Visit Noor website: noor.moe.gov.sa
- Click on "New Parent Registration Link"
- Enter parent information:
- Civil registration number (ID)
- Suggested username (auto-generated)
- Click "Next"
- Enter student's ID or Iqama number
- Specify relationship with student
- Enter student's birth date
- Click "Verify"
- Enter mobile number and email
- Activation code will be sent to mobile
- Enter code and complete registration
- Keep username and password
✅ Feature: Parent can add all children in one account.
2️⃣ New Student Registration
Registration Types:
- First Grade: For children aged 6 years
- Kindergarten: Ages 3-6 years
- Students from abroad
Registration Schedule:

Registration Steps:
- Log in to parent account in Noor
- Select "Register Children"
- Choose "Register New Student"
- Enter student's ID or Iqama number
- Specify relationship
- Enter student's personal information
- Choose school type (public, private, international)
- Select school from list (by district)
- Attach required documents:
- Birth certificate copy
- Family register or Iqama copy
- Vaccination certificate copy
- Review data and submit
- Receive acceptance or rejection message
⚠️ Important: Register within specified period. Late registration may result in not getting desired schools.
3️⃣ Check Student Grades
Inquiry Steps:
- Log in with parent or student account
- From main menu, select "Reports"
- Choose "Student Result Notification"
- Select semester
- Choose student name (if multiple students)
- Click "Search"
- Student grades for all subjects will appear
- Print certificate or download as PDF
Certificate Contents:
- Grades for all subjects
- Total score
- Percentage
- Overall grade
- Teacher notes
- Behavior and attendance
💡 Note: Results are uploaded to Noor once approved by school administration, usually within a week of exams ending.
4️⃣ Student Absence Tracking
How to Track:
- Log in with parent account
- Select "Reports"
- Choose "Absence and Morning Delay"
- Select student and time period
- All absence and late days will appear
Automatic Notifications:
- SMS when student is absent
- Alert after certain number of absences
- Warning for repeated lateness
⚠️ Warning: Repeated absence without excuse may affect behavior grade and lead to exam deprivation.
💻 Madrasati Platform
Madrasati platform is a distance learning platform that simulates actual school electronically, providing integrated learning experience.
Main Features:
- Virtual Classes: Attend live lessons online
- Assignments & Tests: Submit assignments and tests electronically
- Question Bank: 100,000+ questions in all subjects
- Educational Content: Videos and explanations for all lessons
- Communication: With teachers and students
- Reports: Track performance and academic progress
Login Method:
- Visit schools.madrasati.sa
- Click "Login"
- Choose "Microsoft account for educational staff and students"
- Enter username (email from Noor system)
- Enter password
- Redirect to platform main page
Get Login Credentials:
- Through "Tawakkalna" app
- Select "Madrasati Platform Data"
- Choose student name
- Password sent to parent's mobile
Class Schedule:
- First period starts at 7:00 AM (varies by level)
- Each period 35 minutes
- 10-minute break between periods
- Schedule appears automatically upon login

🚌 School Transport
School transport service provides safe and comfortable transportation for students to and from school.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Distance from school (over 250m for boys, immediate for girls)
- Transport routes available in area
- Prior registration in system
Registration Steps:
- Log in to Noor system with parent account
- Select "School Transport" from menu
- Click "Request School Transport"
- Choose student
- Specify national address
- Review data
- Accept terms and conditions
- Pay fees (200 SAR per semester)
- Route and bus will be assigned
- Receive message with driver info and bus number
Fees:
- Annual fee: 400 SAR (200 SAR per semester)
- Social security beneficiaries: Free
- Children of teachers: Free
Track Bus:
- Through "Noor" app
- You can know:
- Current bus location
- Expected arrival time
- Student attendance
💡 Note: Service can be cancelled with refund before semester starts.
