Balady is the municipal services platform enabling building and excavation licenses, filing complaints, checking violations, and paying municipal fees electronically.
To renew driving license: 1) Access Absher 2) Select "Traffic" 3) Choose "Renew Driving License" 4) Select duration (2, 5, or 10 years) 5) Pay fees 6) Receive license from post
Main commercial registration fees are SAR 200 annually, branch is SAR 100 annually. Maroof registration is free. E-store licensing fees vary by activity.
To authenticate lease contract: 1) Register at ejar.sa 2) Enter property and parties data 3) Specify lease duration and value 4) Pay authentication fees 5) Receive authenticated contract electronically
