Balady is the unified national platform for municipal services in Saudi Arabia, aiming to provide all municipal services electronically in an easy, fast, and secure manner.

1️⃣ Building Permit Issuance

2. Select "Building Permit" from services menu
3. Choose type of building permit (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)
4. Enter land details (deed number, area, location)
5. Upload approved engineering plans
6. Upload required documents
7. Review data and accept terms and conditions
8. Pay fees electronically

10. Receive permit electronically after approval

2️⃣ Building Permit Renewal

Service that enables owner to renew expired or expiring building permit.

Renewal Steps:

2. Go to "My Permits" from main menu

4. Click "Renew Permit"

6. Upload recent documents (if any)
7. Pay renewal fees
8. Receive renewed permit electronically

• Can renew 60 days before permit expiration
